Dakota Team wins NIST IDIQ for IT, Database Application Support

As part of a multi-vendor team, Dakota Consulting won an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide support for Information Technology and Database  Applications (IT DATA) for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a follow-on contract to the Information Technology and Database Application and Support Services (IT DASS) IDIQ.

The competitive, multi-award small business IDIQ will provide computer science support services for multiple NIST units focused on areas, ranging from health to materials innovation. Services may be provided for work in NIST’s Information Technology Laboratory, Engineering Laboratory, Material Measurement Laboratory, and Center for Nanoscale Science and Technology Laboratory. Specific projects may require the development of IT models, IT standard reference implementations, IT tools to develop standard reference database (SRD) applications, and scientific and technical information archival projects.
